We make time before we open, and after we close, every day to clean the whole space!

The grass is cleaned daily too! The ball pit, the soft play, the obstacles - all of it gets cleaned with veterinary grade enzymatic cleaner. Because your dog deserves a fresh, clean space every single time they visit.

This is the bit nobody sees but honestly it matters just as much as everything else. 🐾

Hi, I'm Liam, the owner of Pups Playhouse.

I built this place because I wanted somewhere local dog owners could bring their pup and just let them be a dog. Safe, clean, private and actually fun. Especially for those of you with reactive or nervous dogs who feel like everywhere else just isn't quite right.

Seeing so many happy dogs come through those doors over the past few weeks has been everything I hoped for and more.

"We had a fantastic experience at Pups Playhouse! The whole place was really clean and well looked after, which made it feel very safe and comfortable straight away. The treat shop was such a lovely touch too - a great little extra that makes the visit even more special. Most importantly, my dog absolutely loved it and had the best time running around and playing. You could really tell he was enjoying himself! We'll definitely be back again soon - highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and well-kept place for their dog to play."

We need a little favour from you all. 🐾

First of all, a huge thank you to the 98% of you who are keeping the space clean and tidying up after your dogs. It genuinely means everything and we really do notice and appreciate it!

We do need to have a little chat about the small number of visitors who aren’t doing this though. Pups Playhouse can only be the clean, safe, enjoyable space it is with everyone’s cooperation, and sadly where this hasn’t happened we’ve had no choice but to refuse future entry to those dogs and their owners.

We really don’t want to be doing that. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this space.

So please, if your dog has an accident - and we completely understand that they happen - there are bags and cleaning products available in the space. It takes two minutes and makes a huge difference to the next dog and owner who walk through that door.

Thank you for helping us keep Pups Playhouse the space we all want it to be. 🐾

One month ago we opened our doors for the very first time and what a month it has been. The dogs, the reviews, the community you’ve all helped us build - we are so grateful for every single one of you.
