Ladies and gentleman the day has come for me to hand over ownership of Dogs day home to Chris and Amy as of close of Business today.
After knowing Chris and Amy for the last couple of years and observed the passion they have for not only their own dogs but dogs in general I have no doubt that they will put just as much love and passion into running Dogs day home as we have and I am excited to see where they taken the business in the coming years

please follow the new page for dogs Day home to stay uptown date with any updates and announcements that will come out in the not too distant future

There is something really special about a dog who can fully switch off.

It tells you they feel comfortable. It tells you they feel safe. And it tells you the environment around them is working for them, not against them.

At Dogs Day Home, we know that rest is not just the quiet bit between the fun parts. It is an important part of a dog’s day in its own right. Because feeling settled matters too

The midweek difference

There is something about the middle of the week when dogs can start to feel it too. The house is quieter, everyone is busy, routines get stretched, and the day can feel a bit long.

For many dogs, daycare is not just somewhere to go. It breaks up the week, gives them company, keeps their routine ticking, and gives them a day that feels full in the right way.

Sometimes it is not about needing care five days a week. Sometimes it is one well-timed daycare day that makes everything feel easier. For dogs and owners.

No two dogs are exactly the same.

That is why getting to know each one properly is such an important part of what we do.

We look at their personality, their confidence, how they interact, what helps them settle, and what makes their tail wag.

Over time, we learn their little habits, their preferences, and the pace that suits them best.

That is how we create a daycare experience that feels safe, positive, and right for the dog in front of us.

Because good care starts with really knowing them.
