Hi, I'm Dexter one of the spaniels being cared for by the lovely people at SYESSR until I find my forever home. I was found wandering the streets, although I'm chipped no-one came forward to claim me. Like alot of my buddies in kennels I'm a lively lad with oodles of energy, so I enjoy my walks especially exploring the woods and playing fetch. One of my favourite times is swimming in the lake, unlike some of my buddies, I'm not interested in the feathered wildlife (not that they would ever catch them), so you don't have to worry about me getting stranded in the middle of it (it's so funny watching the humans shouting and waving after them to come back 🤣) I do get along with the other canine buddies, so if you already have a dog I'm sure we will get along fine. I was recently taken home by some lovely humans, I was a bit growly with them, so reluctantly they brought me back 😢 I can't explain why, but I'm sure with the right home I could overcome this.
