As a 24 hour facility, if your pet needs to stay, they can do so until they are ready to leave. They won’t need to be transported back and forth for day and night treatment.

All vets are required to provide overnight care for their patients, but this can be outsourced to another practice with no restrictions on the distance clients would need to travel. This means if your pet needs to be admitted for treatment, or falls ill out of hours, you could have to drive an hour away to see a vet.
At Springfield we offer 24-hour care at our hospital, meaning our clients never have far to go. Unlike some out of hours care providers, we don't close in the morning, so once admitted with us pets can stay until they are well enough to go home. We firmly believe this gives them the best chance of a speedy recovery, not to mention the peace of mind and convenience for you, their owner!
