🐾 Reminder 🐾

Missed grooms or grooms cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at full price. I cannot absorb the loss of people forgetting their booked appointments and so have to put this into place. Please respect my time as I do yours.

I understand this may seem ‘mean’ or that some may have ‘ only forgotten once or twice before’ but for example if you had a meeting cancelled within your working day and it wasn’t your fault - would you accept a decrease in your pay? I know the majority of people would not be happy about this.

Please give me fair notice of cancellations so I can try to fill my time and remember this isn’t personal, it’s my income and my mortgage paying job which my family rely on.

We know it’s going to be super hot ☀️this weekend so we have decided to postpone Sunday’s Dog Show. 🥵 This is to keep all of you doggies safe. 🐾

🛁We’re sure you were looking forward to having a bath and a 🪮brush for the Dog Show but you’d be much better to stay at home in the shade⛱️, have a cold drink of water or play with some ice. 🧊

📆We’re working on a new date and will let your owners know as soon as it is confirmed!

JURY SERVICE CANCELLED.

My jury service duty for July has now typically been called off. After so much diary stress 😬 so if anyone who has been given an appointment further away than they’d usually like please send me a message and I will do my best to reschedule some. The appointments will be during the week of 7th July. Please bear with me though, I’m getting back to everyone as quickly as I can but am often waiting on customers to accept appointments before I can then offer it to others. This will be first come first served. Thanks in advance 😊
