Owners must make me aware of any behavioural issues, aggression, bite history, or handling concerns before their appointment.
A £20 flea charge will apply if fleas are found during the groom to cover the additional cleaning and treatment required.
Full payment is due on collection of your dog. Unfortunately I will no longer be chasing outstanding payments after a groom has been completed.
