🌧️𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 🌧️
As you’ll all know, classic UK weather means 𝐦𝐮𝐝, 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐩𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐝! Everywhere I’m going at the minute fields, bridleways, woodland paths the dogs are getting muddy regardless. It’s unavoidable, but hey…𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐠𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐠𝐬! 🐾
To help keep things as comfortable and clean as possible for your woofers (and your floors!), here are a few helpful reminders:
🧼𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧:
•𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐬 for a quick dry off when I drop them back.( I do dry them off before getting back in the van)
•𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐬 are brilliant for them to travel back home in, really help to soak up the water!
•𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐬 / 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐬 big help for keeping them dry!
•𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬 or similar all-in-ones are great for keeping them cleaner.
•𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞, I’m more than happy to give them a quick rinse if I can get access to it,just let me know!
•𝐏𝐨𝐩 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 so I can avoid getting the floor muddy while drying them off.
The reality is… the dogs are going to get muddy 🤣
�It’s just part of UK winter, and honestly 9 times out of 10 I’m just as muddy and wet as they are!
