Clank has been on such a transformation! 🥰
The first two photos from when I first met Clank at the beginning of April.

He was struggling with cronic laminitis, his owner has put in so much work managing his grass intake and encouraging weight loss. Then I've been working on his feet. It really is a team effort!

The second two photos were last week, he's marching around and has his personality back 😊. I can't wait to see how this little guy progresses ❤️

With the forecast set to hit 30 degrees here by the end of the week, the following will be very helpful.

Please, please soak feet in advance. My wrists are struggling to nipper through very dry feet.
Using a hose pipe, creating a puddle and standing your horse in it, using a bucket and sponge, bathing or tubbing feet would be amazing.

Use fly spray where possible, the horse flys are out in full force.

Tie horse up in a shaded area if possible, I'm just sweating suncream straight off 😂

Such a lovely day for a trim day! 🌞

As a member of the EPA we complete 40 hours of CPD a year, which includes trim days with other EP's. We've had some great discussions about gait analysis today, alongside some boot fitting. It's always great to get together and bounce ideas off each other ☺️

I love it when like minded people get to be in one room together, it provides some really thought provoking discussions 🤯
