Its not always 'therapy' someone needs, often it is just a safe space to feel the feelings and get stuck into the here and now. When sweetpea wants feeding she isnt waiting for anyone, all she thinks is cut the crap just be here with me now! In that tiny moment you see that its the little moments that become those to treasure and the big things will still be there. It doesnt mean you no longer think of the trauma, grief, isolation or anxiety, you just dont let them control you or allow them to direct your future. Take your power back and channel your sassy mare, we are here for the little moment and to be in your corner when you face your demons and find the courage to write YOUR OWN story without the tarnish of anothers crayons xx

Happy mothers day to all of you- for the Dads doing both roles, to those missing their mums and smiling as your own children celebrate, to the fur baby mummies and those having lost a child or the heartbreak of not having your own. To those who mother their partners - not the way you expected and to anyone struggling to day, sending a huge hug and so much love your way. Keep smiling as the world is a better place having you in it- no matter the role in life you have ❤️x
