🐶Reactivity has many forms and situations.

These people reached out as their dog was looking really aggressive when people entered their home. First time I went in this dog would have gone for me without a shadow of doubt.

So we put the transformation in place and now the dog is calm and relaxed.

More importantly everyone lives including the dog is better and the little dog has lost that fear.

🐶Prevents impulsive reactions. Reactive dogs can respond quickly to triggers, often before their owner has time to intervene. A reliable “wait” creates a moment to assess the situation.

🐶Builds impulse control. It teaches the dog that seeing another dog, person or exciting distraction doesn’t automatically mean they should approach or react.

🐶Improves safety off lead. If another dog, cyclist, wildlife or a potential hazard appears, “wait” can prevent the dog from rushing into a dangerous situation.
