Fresh face Friday! 👶

Sandy is on duty until Monday evening and will be a regular locum (doing mostly weekends but some weekdays too), so don't be alarmed if you see a stranger driving the white Skoda! 🚘
(someone find me a white car emoji...)

You may recognise him from his Oakham days of covering parts of Lincolnshire 👀

As ever, you'll be in safe hands with Sandy but everyone will be made aware of days he is working if this is a day your appointment falls on.

🚨Phoning the emergency line on 07851396640 will take you straight through to Sandy should you need a vet out of hours. Texts to the emergency line wont be monitored whilst I am away so please call for any urgent matters. 🚨

For all other enquiries the office will be happy to help as usual between 9am and 4.30pm ☎️📨

Introducing... Lizzy!

As a treat for being such a lovely bunch, you get to see some throwback pics of us in our early 20s before the veterinary world aged us 🧐

Lizzy will be covering the OOH one weekend a month (yes I am ecstatic) on the usual OOH number (mine).

Also an RVC graduate, I know you'll be in safe hands if you do need anything at all whilst Lizzy is on call 🩺

Thea has earnt herself 5 days as passenger princess in a VW camper - if the rain holds off for a few hours she'll be straight on her paddleboard!

Kier is back again to take care of you until Friday, let's cross our fingers that Tim doesn't leave her too many 'gifts' this time...

As a migraine took me out last night, I didn't manage to post, but had a long day travelling from Lincoln across the Wolds and ending up at friend and colleague LC Farm and Equine Vets in Caistor.
It's always a privilege to work alongside like minded professionals especially when they are at the top of their game.
As you can see after treating new boy I couldn't resist a cuddle with Cindy, Shetland ruler of the world!!!!

Massive thank you to everyone today for being so extremely lovely and keeping me sane despite the heat 🥵
My ancestors would not be proud, I absolutely melt trying to work in anything above 25 but we got it done with just 2 outfit changes today 🙈

Now time to stock up on ice cream to make it through tomorrow - I suggest you all do the same!

Today was Jo's last day as Office Manager but she will be staying with us as our remote Administrative Assistant as Rachel takes over as Office Manager!

It's been a whistle-stop 2 week induction for Rachel but fingers crossed we all have a restful weekend now with maybe even some 🌧🌧🌧

There's not many horses I'd go catch in the field and jab without the owner present, but when he's next door the office and this well behaved life is easy 🌞

He's just had his fourth dose of Arthropen and should be feeling like he's had some WD-40 on those joints 💨
