Join us for a scenic 1-hour hack, perfect for experienced riders who can ride independently at walk and trot. With a maximum of 5 riders, you'll enjoy a personalised and relaxed ride through our beautiful countryside. £35 per person.

**Beginners Hack - 1pm, Monday 25th August**

New to horse riding or looking to refresh your skills? Our beginner's hack is an ideal opportunity to gain confidence and experience the joy of horse riding. Our expert instructors will guide you through a 1-hour session, tailored to your needs. £35 per person.

**Safeguarding at Caistor Equestrian Centre**

At Caistor Equestrian Centre, we take the safeguarding of our young volunteers extremely seriously. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our riders, volunteers, and staff.

As we all know, horse riding and caring for horses is a great privilege and honour. We are proud to offer this opportunity to our young volunteers, and we expect everyone to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to their peers.

Unfortunately, we have had reports of bullying amongst our young volunteers, and we want to remind everyone that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards this behaviour. If we hear reports of bullying, including mocking or posting videos on social media that ridicule or shame others, we will take swift and appropriate action. This may result in volunteers being banned from helping at the centre.

We want to emphasise that horse riding is about teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect. We encourage open communication, kindness, and empathy towards one another. Let's focus on building each other up, rather than tearing each other down.

We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment at Caistor Equestrian Centre. If you have any concerns or issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Caistor Equestrian Centre is thrilled to announce our latest addition to our services!

We're teaming up with AJ, a renowned sports therapist from RideWell Therapies, to bring you individual rider posture analysis and biomechanics sessions.

This comprehensive 55-minute session (£55) includes:

✨Posture analysis off the horse to identify areas for improvement
✨Video analysis to pinpoint biomechanical inefficiencies
✨A series of corrective exercises tailored to improve your posture and performance
✨A personalised exercise plan to practice at home and continue your progress
