🐾 Just Paw-Fect Cancellation Policy 🐾

We totally understand that life happens and sometimes plans change.

At Just Paw-Fect we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full grooming fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full.
• Outstanding fees for missed or late - cancelled appointments must be settled before any future bookings can be accepted.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations really do have an impact on our day and mean we can’t offer that slot to another furry friend 🐶
