Well that’s it our season is complete and now we hand the reindeer over to Santa for his big flight. I would like to thank all of our lovely customers and clients for booking us this year and I hope you enjoyed meeting our reindeer teams Martha and Blitzen and Dasher and Steve (Prancer).

Also a big shout out to my amazing handlers, Jay for taking up the second host role and of course our team of drivers and other handlers you know who you are.

Almost half way through our season of 2025 and we have been at some amazing events, but last night was incredible - we were in the presence of Santa Royalty… well the Coca Cola Truck and I have to say that Dasher and Steve (stage name Prancer) did an amazing job. I also want to do a big shout out to our second team Martha and Blitzen and of course there amazing handlers. The book is now closed for 2025 but Christmas 2026 won’t be far away so get booking and invite our gorgeous reindeer and my amazing team of handlers along who will fascinate you with their reindeer knowledge and North Pole secrets… Merry Christmas 🎄

Our Christmas Event got started today with some great festive fun.

Children get to meet real Reindeer, a lovely gift they choose themselves in the elf house, Christmas lights, Christmas music, visit post office, place a wish on wise owl wishing tree and of Course Santa.

Don’t forget zoo experience included and no waiting as you visit the zoo and meet the animals whilst waiting for Santa.

✨ TEMPORARY DRIVER POSITION – DECEMBER 2025 ✨

We are looking for a competent and reliable driver to join our team throughout December 2025.

Requirements:

•Confident towing and manoeuvring an Ifor Williams trailer
•Experience with horses and/or reindeer
•Full UK manual driving licence
•No driving convictions
•Age 25+ (for insurance purposes)
•Comfortable with some heavy lifting
•Fully flexible availability throughout December
•DBS check is a bonus - if you don’t have one, we will run one for you.

You will not be working alone, you will be accompanied by an experienced animal handler at all times.

Role Type: Temporary, December 2025 only
Ideal for: Confident drivers who enjoy working with animals and want seasonal work in a friendly, supportive team.

Hi All

Meet our incredible Reindeer team and a little about each of them. Don’t forget the boss at the end 😂

We are lucky enough to own ten magical Scandinavian Reindeer, see there names and photos below.

Donna 8 yrs rescued

Dasher 7 yrs the big but shy boy

Steve 4 yrs big soppy dog born at zoo

Hallie 3 yrs Diva born at zoo

Martha 2 yrs sassy born at zoo

Rosa less than a year born at zoo

Reindeer are domesticated but are generally quite shy, they all have their own unique personalities. We are very fortunate that our boys love a fuss but Donner and Vixy are not overly keen on being fussed.

80% off our animals are rescued and that does include some of our Reindeer. We also have a small breeding program.

If you’re out and about please stop say hi at the zoo. Even better book on our Christmas event 😀
