Boarding Kennel Deposit Policy

To reserve your pet’s boarding stay, we kindly ask that a deposit be paid at the time of booking.

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm all bookings.
Bookings can only be guaranteed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made before this period, deposits may be transferred to a future booking at management’s discretion.
If a booking is not attended without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that any remaining balance for your pet’s stay is due when you collect your pet, unless other arrangements have been made.

we are full to capacity for this weekend, if any of our regulars/new customers have any dates in mind for over the summer, especially weekends, please get them booked in as soon as possible as we have very limited spaces for over the summer months

we are also fully booked for the dates commencing
21st to the 30th of june.
15th to the 31st of august.
