It’s that time of year again when the rugs just keep coming! Hundreds of them! 🤩
Which is smashing and I’m so grateful to my loyal, returning customers and new ones!
However, I hate to say this but
unfortunately I have to….
Due to the high volume of rugs my outgoings increase drastically, the cost of electricity, detergent and reproofer has rocketed over the years and I absorb this cost as I know that our horses already rinse our bank accounts! 😣
As many of you know, I’m just a small business in terms of premises too, storing rugs can become a bit of an issue.
I do appreciate that you don’t require your winter rugs at the moment but I just can’t house them all and wait till autumn for payment.
Sadly, this means that if rugs aren’t collected and paid for within 21 days of being notified that they are ready; a storage charge of £10.00 per week will be added to the cost.
I simply cannot store the volume of rugs and manage without payment.
