🌟 VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST WEEK 🌟

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our incredible front-of-house HEROES!
Without our receptionists, the whole team would be lost β€” they truly are the heart of our clinics.

From the first friendly face you see when you walk in, to answering phones and emails, booking appointments, scheduling surgeries, checking in your furry friends, easing nerves, and handling queries about procedures, pricing, insurance, and so much more β€” they do it all with a smile!

Across our three clinics, we’re lucky to have an amazing team led by:

Nadine Featherstone – Head Receptionist based at Rathgael, working alongside the wonderful Michelle Collins
Sarah Coulter – Keeping everything running smoothly at our Stormont Clinic (who is photo shy but we will work on this!)
Lindie Woods & Polly Quee – The dynamic duo holding down the fort at Garden Lodge, Holywood

Did you know even a small amount of raisins (or grapes) can be dangerous for dogs?

They can cause kidney failure, so it’s important to act fast if your dog eats any.

🚨 What to do if your dog eats raisins or grapes:

βœ”οΈCall your vet immediately. Don’t wait for symptoms
βœ”οΈIf you can, tell them how much they’ve eaten

Signs of raisin poisoning include vomiting, lethargy, and loss of appetite. Even if your dog seems fine, seek

Congratulations to Jack who is a finalist as Animal Nursing Assistant of the year in the Agria Vet Community Awards. Jack is a diligent work who works quietly in the background of our practice. He's not keen on the limelight. He deserves to be a finalist and we are very proud of him.
