✨POLITE REMINDER OF CANCELLATION POLICY✨

If you cannot make your appointment please try to give at least 48 hours notice to allow time to offer your appointment to another client

Any cancellations made within a 48 hour period will be charged 50% of the groom price and within 24 hours notice 100% of the groom price. No further appointments will be made until this has been paid

Anyone who fails to show to an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the groom price before any further bookings can be made and the next groom must be paid in advance Failure to pay this fee will result in you being removed from the books indefinitely

Everyone receives a confirmation txt and a reminder txt.

So the salon was closed from Thursday last week through the weekend so I could get my own little lot ready to attend the Scottish kennel club championship dog show and What a great time we had on Friday & then Saturday was a day to remember ❤️ Tipsy was my star of the show ⭐️ winning her first CC at just 11months old and Best puppy in breed (also shortlisted in the utility puppy group ) what a way to end her shows in puppy !

Cupid (thaisu trick or treat at Chiachi ) won a 2nd and vhc in post graduate dog and he just loves the shows❤️ and little coco (Yakee mademoiselle at Chiachi ) won 1st and 3rd in junior bitch on Friday

Great 2 days meeting up with friends and I’m chuffed to bits x

So sad to hear today that Brodie has now left us for rainbow bridge 🌈 he was only in for his groom 3 weeks ago and he was feeling great with his skin all cleared up, i will miss watching him out his walks passing the salon ❤️ thoughts with his devastated mum & dad 💔💔 x
