🌟 Important Announcement 🌟
I will be returning to work as of Monday, January 13th! However, please note the following important details regarding my schedule and availability:
For now, I will only be working during the day. Night appointments will not be available unless we’ve specifically discussed and agreed on them.
To accommodate as many clients as possible, I will be working Saturdays and Sundays.
❗️Rescheduling Notice
Belle is my top priority at the moment. If I need to reschedule your appointment, it will be for this reason. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Please make sure your phone is on and accessible on the day of your appointment, as I may need to make changes at short notice.
❗️Punctuality Policy
As I am working limited hours, it’s very important that you arrive on time to drop off your dog for their groom. Unfortunately, if you are late and the groom cannot go ahead, you will still need to pay the full grooming fee.
❗️Priority Clients
My first priority will be reaching out to the 38 clients whose December appointments had to be canceled. I will be in touch with you directly to arrange your next appointment as soon as possible.
For everyone else, I kindly ask for your patience. It may be a couple of weeks before I can fit you in, as I catch up on these rescheduled grooms.
If this delay means you need to go elsewhere in the meantime, I completely understand and support your decision to do what’s best for you and your pup.
