Updated Terms & Conditions – Please Read ‼️
To help my business run as smoothly as possible and to ensure fairness for all clients, I’ve updated my terms and conditions. These will apply to all appointments moving forward:
Payments:
All payments must be made in full on the day of your dog’s grooming appointment.
If payment is not made on the day, a late payment fee of £15 will be added to your bill.
Cancellations:
I completely understand that plans can change, however:
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full
Missed Appointments (No Shows)
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full grooming fee will be charged. Future bookings will require payment in full in advance.
Late Collection:
Please ensure your dog is collected at the advised time as always I will either tell you before you leave or I will text you giving you 10/15 minutes.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which a charge of £10+ will apply.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, there may not be enough time to complete the full groom. In this case, the full grooming fee will still apply.
Why These Changes Are in Place:
As a small business owner, I always do my very best to accommodate everyone and be as flexible as possible. However, missed appointments, late arrivals, and late collections have a significant impact on my time and other clients.
These policies are in place to protect my business and allow me to continue providing the best possible care and service for your dogs.
