Dear Clients,

As many of you are aware, I have been away from work for the past few weeks. I am planning to return on Thursday, the 13th, though I will be easing back in with a phased approach to ensure I don’t take on too much at once. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For those whose appointments were canceled, I will be reaching out to reschedule or book your next appointment if you have made alternative arrangements in the meantime.

I also want to acknowledge that this has been an incredibly difficult time for my family and me, as we recently experienced a profound loss. When dropping off your dogs, please respect my privacy, as you all know Belle was my entire world, and talking about her is extremely difficult. Your kindness and understanding mean so much to me.

Dear all,

It is with a broken heart that I inform you of the passing of our sweet girl. Belle peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by her family.

During this difficult time, I kindly ask for privacy as we mourn the loss of our sweet girl.

I will return to work when the time is right, and if you are aware of any family members or friends who are not connected with us on Facebook, please let them know that we are not ignoring them, but simply need some time to grieve.

We completely understand if you need to arrange an alternative groomer in the meantime.

We will provide an update on social media when we resume grooming and will be arranging grooming appointments in due course.

To all my valued customers,

I wanted to let you know that I have made the decision to take some time off, as of February 17th, the business will be temporarily closed. I want to reassure you that this is not a permanent closure—just a short break so I can focus on my family, who need me right now.

I will be in touch with everyone individually, but I wanted to share this update with you all as soon as possible. I completely understand if you need to go elsewhere during this time, and there are absolutely no hard feelings.

Your support has meant the world to me, and I truly appreciate your understanding. For the next little while, my priority needs to be my family, but I look forward to returning when the time is right.

We’re looking for the perfect home for our sweet Cockapoo, who just turned three in December. He’s a well-behaved, friendly pup who gets along great with other dogs. However, he needs a home where he can get plenty of attention and training.

The ideal home would be with someone who has the time to dedicate to him—preferably no young kids, just a calm and loving environment where he can thrive. If you or someone you know is interested in giving him the love and care he deserves, please reach out!

🌟 Important Announcement 🌟

I will be returning to work as of Monday, January 13th! However, please note the following important details regarding my schedule and availability:

For now, I will only be working during the day. Night appointments will not be available unless we’ve specifically discussed and agreed on them.

To accommodate as many clients as possible, I will be working Saturdays and Sundays.

❗️Rescheduling Notice
Belle is my top priority at the moment. If I need to reschedule your appointment, it will be for this reason. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Please make sure your phone is on and accessible on the day of your appointment, as I may need to make changes at short notice.

❗️Punctuality Policy
As I am working limited hours, it’s very important that you arrive on time to drop off your dog for their groom. Unfortunately, if you are late and the groom cannot go ahead, you will still need to pay the full grooming fee.

❗️Priority Clients
My first priority will be reaching out to the 38 clients whose December appointments had to be canceled. I will be in touch with you directly to arrange your next appointment as soon as possible.

For everyone else, I kindly ask for your patience. It may be a couple of weeks before I can fit you in, as I catch up on these rescheduled grooms.

If this delay means you need to go elsewhere in the meantime, I completely understand and support your decision to do what’s best for you and your pup.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart to let you know that I will be taking some time off due to my girl Belle being unwell and needing my care, as well as taking some time to focus on my own health. I deeply apologise for the short notice and understand how inconvenient this is, especially with Christmas just around the corner.

If you need to make alternative arrangements, I completely understand and truly appreciate your kindness and patience during this difficult time.

Hello, everyone! As the holiday season approaches, I want to remind you that I do my very best to accommodate everyone’s grooming appointments for Christmas. December is an incredibly busy time, with back-to-back 12-15 hour shifts, often seven days a week, to fit everyone in.

If I can’t get your dogs in during December, the second-to-last week in November will be the latest option, this is also extremely busy. If you haven’t had your Christmas appointment yet, please WhatsApp us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We had an absolutely nightmare of a day yesterday 😖 but today is a new day so let’s hope all goes well.
