NEW POLICIES

MATTING POLICY
An extra £10 will be added onto the price depending how matted the dog is . This adds extra time to the groom which can affect other appointments for the rest of the day . This also causes extra damage to my equipment

FLEA POLICY
An extra £15 will be added onto the price if fleas are noticed on your dog. This is to cover the cost of flea shampoo and additional cleaning that will need to take place

DROP OFF & COLLECTION
An additional £10 will be added to your price if you are 15 minutes late DROPPING OFF and COLLECTING . Being late can affect other appointments for that day

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel so I can fill your appointment

DEPOSIT POLICY

As of Monday 10th February
A £10(each) non refundable deposit will be required when booking your appointment. Lately I have had quite a few no shows aswell as people cancelling on the day . I understand things can pop up at the time but I am a small business owner and when that happenes it affects my business. I have tried to hold off for so long not doing this but unfortunately it has came to that time . Thank you for understanding and your continuous support
