Reminder to all Q Care staff, hydration is important! 🧊💧

A Costa iced latte (although god tier) & 4 cans of Monster do NOT count as water.
If you stop sweating and start seeing Jesus in a mobility scooter, take five minutes and hydrate. ☀️🥵.
