I can’t believe it’s been over a year since I last posted. I want to share a long overdue update.......
While recovering from my illness last year, I had another setback and severely broke my ankle, which required surgery. After recovering from that, I was hoping things were moving in the right direction, but just before Christmas, I found out my illness had returned.
I was previously diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Unfortunately, it has come back, and I’m now waiting to undergo a bone marrow transplant which should be happening very soon.
Because of this, there is still uncertainty about the future of Furrytail Dog Grooming. I hope to return in some form when I’m well enough, but at the moment I can’t say whether the business will return exactly as it was or if things may look a little different. For now, my focus is on treatment and recovery.
Thank you so much for your support over the years. I’ve really missed seeing all of your lovely dogs and hope you and your furry companions are all doing well.
