▪️Weekly Update▪️

🐴 Daily rides are underway for Raff and Bear as the prep still continues for the hunting season.

🐶 Had the pleasure of looking after Max who was such a gentle soul.

🐶 Onto the next then with the gorgeous Bruno who is a sweet
gentle giant.

🐴 Excited to be working with Jasper, a new client's 5 year old horse with a lot of potential. Our focus is on developing a soft and consistent contact, using the leg to support the horse's rhythm and balance.

🐴 And last but no least, celebrating a month of daily adventures with Ellie and Georgie 🥰

▪️Dog Sitting and Horse exercising▪️

🐶🐴 Its been a busy, fabulous few weeks. We had the pleasure of looking after the gorgeous Miss Willow - her and Luna as thick as thieves 🤍 Raff and Bear still continuing their fitness journey ready for hunting in September 🥳

I do have availability in the week for dog walking/drop in or yard work/exercising so please do get in touch!

▪️Dog and Horse update▪️

🐶 I had the gorgeous Lunar stay for 2 weeks - she loved her mornings walk before it got too hot and lots of tummy rubs.

🐶 Miss Willow comes over regularly Monday-Wednesday until 1:30. She loves her long walk in the mornings and then her and Luna chill together.

🐶 We're back house sitting for a few days - Minnie and Daisy the dachshunds, Twinks the Chihuahua along with 🫏🐑🐐🐓!!

🐴 Back at the livery yard outside Raglan getting Bear and Raff and soon Kenny fit ready for the hunting season 🥳

▪️Dog walking and yard work▪️

It’s been a busy couple of weeks settling into our new home and also getting started with my business again which I’m happy to say is off to a flying start 🥳

🐶 Dog sitting for the gorgeous Milo for a week
🐶 Willow joined us for a dog walk up at Keepers Pond where they all enjoyed a cool down swimming in the pond.
🐴 Working at a lovely livery yard outside of Raglan for a couple of weeks

🐑 Also been helping out with folding sheep wool too

It’s been full on which has been great 🥳

I am fully insured, DBS checked, canine behaviour training diploma, qualified horse riding instructor (BHS 1,2,3 in both care and riding and PTT).

Been a busy start to the week with horses to exercise, yard work, dog walks. Finished today off with an hours dog walk in the beautiful sunshine with Radish, Hector and Luna 🥰

▪️Update on Maisie's Mutts▪️

It is with a heavy heart that I am letting you all know that myself, Georgie and Luna will be moving to Wales. This has been one of the hardest decisions I've had to make but one I feel is right. I've worked so hard to get myself where I am and have loved every minute but now is time to follow my heart. I am needing to be closer to my family for support and love as my mental health has taken a bit of a toll these past few weeks but my journey of being a dog walker and my freelance equine work will continue when we move.

I wanted to thank each and everyone of you that has supported me through all of this - I couldn't have done it without you all. Also a huge thank you to everyone that has sent me the most heartfelt messages over these past few days.

I’m letting you all know I have decided to take some personal leave time from Monday 7th April until Friday 18th April (returning to work on Monday 21st). I’m taking this time to be around my family while I’m going through some personal issues.

Thank you to my regular customers who have been so supportive and understanding! See you all in 2 weeks

▪️Celebretion Tuesday▪️

2 years ago today I made the decision to set up Maisie’s Mutts part time, and just under a year ago I decided to go full time…it’s been a whirlwind of a journey, but I couldn’t be prouder and I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone helping make this happen 🥳

Today consisted of a busy, fun day….
▪️Early morning Pheasant feed at Bignor Park
🐴 3 horses ridden at a private yard
🐶 Luna joined Mr Otis on a beautiful walk where they had a cool down in the river
🐶 Gave Ronnie a 20 minute walk in the sun to stretch his legs
🐴 Then to another private yard to bring in 14 from their fields for the night, hay and feed!

Brilliant day to celebrate 2 years 🥳

▪️Freelance Yard work and Dog walks▪️

Today has been an extremely busy but great day!!

🐴 Started of with mucking out 5 boxes and turning out at a private yard
🐾 Mr Otis enjoyed a 1 hour walk with Luna
🐾 I had a lovely drop in with Skye who I will be looking after tomorrow.
🐴 Made my way to Graffham to a private yard for bringing in, haying fields and feeding for a couple of hours
🐴 Then to finish off headed to another yard for bringing in, rug changes and feeding.

🐾 Its been a busy 2 weeks with half term last week and back to normal this week with dog walks and yard work. A lot of fun (and help) was had last week 🥳
