15.2hh black Welsh cob x QH gelding. This lovely older gentleman is looking for a sharer to enjoy hacking/flatwork/poles with. He is the sweetest lad to handle and deal with. Must stay at present yard at Easter Mains Livery with excellent facilities including indoor/outdoor arenas, hacking, hot wash, BHS coach onside etc. Financial contribution and stable duties required, various options with days but preferably someone who would commit to 3 days a week and work alongside current sharer. No under 18s please. Jack is a real confidence giver and would suit a number of riders, he is up to date with shoes, teeth, saddle check etc.

Exquisite Quality Connemara!

Rising 5 year old show quality connemara mare with beautiful paces, real 'look at me' presence and the most forward thinking 'can do' attitude to life and work. She's a dream to train, ride and deal with, a brave, bold girl who always shows up for work and puts a smile on your face. Natural ability on the flat with light mouth giving a smooth, responsive, comfortable ride. RATHCOONA COVE & KINGSTOWN BOY bloodlines, N/N for HWSD. She will hack anywhere alone or in company and has attended some hunt rides and training shows. She enjoys her polework and jumping having attended some arena hires and jumped every filler we have put her infront of including water trays, brushes, flower boxes etc. Recently ridden by 11/12 year old children and was hoof perfect in and out of the arena. Good to clip, load, shoe etc and will be someone's pony of a lifetime. Clean legs, no vices/quirks and good vetting & x-rays from last year. She will be measured this week but I think she will measure in as full up 148/150. Lives in or out, good doer, easy to keep, currently living out in mare herd with haylage quite happily. I imported this girl myself as was blown away by her quality and charisma, sadly she is only for sale on behalf of owner due to pregnancy/change of circumstances. Until now she has been taking great care of her pregnant rider who is absolutely heartbroken to have to be letting her go. Thanks to everyone who came to my Polework & Distances Workshop on Sunday 😊🏇✨️💙

We had a fantastic few hours with lots of audience participation, questions, discussions and demonstrations both on the ground and ridden. I hope everyone found it educational, confidence building and empowering 🙌👌

Big well done to the demo riders for riding so well infront of an audience, it's not always easy putting yourself out there... and you all did that and did it well!

Providing outdoor therapy via equine assisted interactions & services.

I've been working away studying & learning about the extensive benefits this service provides from an educational, mental health and wellbeing perspective. I'm passionate to drive this forward with a small, like minded team, focused on making a positive, inclusive, adaptive social impact in the community.

We are interested to hear from local SEND, ASN, ASD, Mental Health Community groups, Charities, Schools or private individuals in Aberdeen City & Shire that may be interested in finding out more.

*KLM POLEWORK/DISTANCES WORKSHOP*

SUNDAY 22ND FEB @ 11:00
Easter Mains Livery Yard

We will cover the following:

✅️ Groundwork/Rehab Pole exercises in hand
✅️ Benefits of Polework
✅️ Polework Distances, FAQs & Demos
✅️ Basic Pole & Jump Exercises for all

This is suitable for children & adults of all ages and stages as covers everything from walk poles and exercises all the way through to basic jumping set up.

Cost is £20pp adults, £10 children and duration will be approx 2 hours.

This will be a hands on, practical workshop designed to engage and inspire confidence and progress by incorporating polework into your horses work, rehab or training routine.

Following on from my Young Horse Workshops delivered in November & December I'm pleased to say I will be running a YOUNG HORSE CLINIC where clients are welcome to bring their horses for training, guidance, confidence & moral support. Dates available soon, all welcome. (10 spaces, private & shared sessions available)

POLES DISTANCES & EXERCISES WORKSHOP
Due to demand I will be running a workshop showing how to use poles correctly as part of groundwork, rehab, schooling, strengthening/development/improvement & engagement/enjoyment for horse & rider/handler. This will be a hands on workshop and will also include demonstrations with a variety of equines! Parents & children welcome! (14 spaces)

TURNOUT & PLAITING WORKSHOP
Want to give your pony a spring glow up or know how to plait/turnout for a show? This will cover the following:

🦄 Bathing, Clipping, Show Prep
🦄 Tack & Turnout Tips
🦄 Photo & Video Advice for Sales Prep

Currently FULL until mid Feb for Schooling, YH training & sales prep. After school & evening lessons are FULL but I do have a waitlist in place and hope to offer more group training Spring 2026 when weather & daylight improves.

Following all your wonderful feedback and looking at how best to support young horse owners, future trainers and riders I have decided to run some *YOUNG HORSE CLINICS* in 2026 where people can bring their young horses to a safe, non judgemental space to develop training/education plans, tackle any challenges/frustrations/crossed wires between horse & handler/rider and to promote confidence & positive growth within your equine/human partnerships. I will be on the ground for advice and can step in as needed. These sessions can be shared with a friend if required or you are both aiming for common goal/at same stage.

I will also be running a 'Plaiting', 'Turnout for Success' and 'Boost your Confidence' Workshops in 2026! Dates coming soon!

*YOUNG HORSE WORKSHOP*

Just a reminder this is running MONDAY 29TH DECEMBER at 10am! I think we are pretty much full and covering long reining and introducing a rider plus young horse welfare & health checks, we will also discuss all the "firsts" with young horses and how to approach these situations successfully. Lots of time for Q&A.
