Each year over 1000 animals pass through our doors - Mos She was the widow of a local advocate.
Mrs Murray's was founded back in 1889, named after our founder Mrs Susan Murray, who worked tirelessly to provide food and a place of refuge for stray dogs and cats in the City and Shire of Aberdeen. The Home has since expanded to take in animals from their owners who, for a variety of reasons can no longer keep them and find new homes for them. Each year around 1000 animals pass through our doors
