As of May 5 2026, my books are officially closed as I will be leaving for my top surgery and will be in recovery for 4-6 week. I will be making my return some time in June 2026 and I will ensure to notify my clients when I intend to start. Thank you all of their kind words 💛 I will miss all of your pups and kitties while I’m off 💛

This is a super short work week for me as I have my top surgery this week 🎉🎊🤗 I’m incredibly excited for it as it’s been a long time coming, but I’m going to miss all of your little fur babies as they are the reason why I love my job 💛

On Sunday I had a morning and evening drop-in visit with Twiggs and we had a really cute moment where I tried to sneak up on her but she was already sneaking up behind me lol 🥰

On Monday, I had my last day of work, beginning with a morning drop-in visit with my regular drop-in visit kitties; Maggie, Steve & Claire ☺️ Then had a lovely one-on-one walk with Maya where I let her stop as much as she wanted and she decided we would have lots of breaks lying in the shady grass ☺️ Finally, I ended my day with Dozer, Kala & Elektra for a 1 hr walk where we did several loops of the park behind Dozer’s house as it’s quite shaded there. However, Dozer doesn’t like repetition so he got a wee bit upset when we would start another lap 😅

I can’t wait to return to work already 💛I will be thinking of all the pups and kitties while I’m in my surgical recovery.

This was my last full work week before pausing my services as I will be getting top surgery next week (Monday, May 4 is my official last day of work) 🎉🎊🤗 Mother Nature treated me with an absolutely beautiful week as well to send me off!

For drop-in visits this week, I had a full roster of different clients! From Pie & Toast (whom I never got to see, but I loved Pie and getting our patio time together 💛), to Maggie, Steve & Claire, as well as Twiggs! My heart is very full as I adore seeing my regulars and having them greet me happily at the door when I arrive 🥹 Maggie is also a girl who requires medication regularly, and she is honestly the easiest kitty to give medicine and nasal drops too (she even purrs when being given it).

Nala had an emergency booking for this Tuesday which she got to join Maya for her usual Tuesday midday walk ☺️ Emergency bookings are services booked within 24 hours of the service start time which there is a $10 surcharge for.

I did have a no-show this week and as you know by now, when this occurs I write a little reminder on my weekly posts 😋 No-shows (meaning, when I arrive to pickup your dog, it is not there or you have otherwise not given me a means to get inside) and cancellations that fall within the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy are subject to a no-show/cancellation fee of 100% of the fee for that day (this includes any additional surcharges).

Kaya and Harley also joined this week for a couple of morning one-off walks which was nice to see them before I leave for my surgery ☺️ Though they aren’t weekly recurring walks, they are still very much my regulars and I adore seeing them 💛

The weather has been an absolute dream~ for dog-walking this week! I love spring 💛 It’s not too hot so the pups paws aren’t getting hurt on pavement and it’s not too cold and wet where they need to wear a rain jacket. Sunshine with a nice cool breeze is the best!

Earning their FREE walks this week was Dozer (on Monday), Maya (on Tuesday), and Nala (on Wednesday) 🎉🎊🤗 That’s a savings of $25 per each walk! When you sign-up for a min. of 1 recurring weekly walk or playdate, you’re entered into the rewards program. For every 10 paid walks, you earn your 11th walk completely free (this also covers any applicable surcharges), then the punch card starts again. 11th free walks occur immediately after the 10th walk and cannot be banked/stored for a later date.

Nala’s mum scheduled in an Emergency Booking for Tuesday this past week. Emergency Bookings are services booked within 24 hrs. of the service start time and there is a $10 surcharge. Luckily, Nala’s old walking buddy had space that day, so her and Dozer got to reunite for a walk ☺️

On Friday, I started a drop-in contract with a new client! Pie & Toast are two cute little kitties I got the pleasure of meeting this week. Their personalities remind me of my own cats. Pie is very friendly and is a velcro-cat (follows me everywhere) just like my girl, Eve. Toast is very shy and runs away and hides from people they’re not used to like my girl, Maze. I’m only doing two more visits, so hopefully I can earn Toast’s love by then 💛

For our walks this week; Harley and Kaya had their sibling Blue join them for their one-off walks ☺️ Dozer also finished up his April schedule of walks 5 days a week and will be returning to his 3 days a week schedule next week and his mama returned home on Friday from her vacation ☺️ Fern & Pearl added a one-off week on Friday in addition to their recurring Wednesday walk. When you’re in the Rewards Program, even your one-off walks get added to your punch card!

Went from a sunny week last week to this week beings a mix of everything! But as I like to say, rain sleet, sunshine or hail, I’ll walk your dogs without fail! 😋

This week I got to see the smiling boy Bruce again! He walks primarily with another walker, but I thoroughly love being his substitute. Like how can you not fall in love with him and his smile? 🥹

Though I’m a dog-walker and pet-sitter, one of my clients asked me this week if I could pickup their dog’s medicine from their vet in which I happily obliged! I now have the “custom service” which this falls under. If you need medicine picked up, or maybe need your pups dropped off at the groomer, lots of different things can fall under this new service ☺️

I also got to see my wonderful trio of kitties I get to do drop-ins for; Maggie, Steve & Claire! 💛It was only for three days but it made me so happy to see them as they would constantly purr sitting with me ☺️ Maggie requires some medicine such as nasal drops, so if you’re ever looking for a sitter that can do that, I’m your gal!

On Thursday we also got to test out the new Walk & Play service with Rosie & Nala. It went incredibly well ☺️ the 30 minute walk went on as usual, but I really saw their energy come out during the 30 minute playdate! They were so happy running around together, playing fetch and also playing with bubbles.

Finally, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY shout out to Molly ☺️💛it’s her birthday on Saturday. Wishing her the best weekend ever 💛

I think it’s safe to say Spring has finally arrived on the island! ☺️ This week has been so sunny and warm, my usual pups who wear jackets didn’t need them (they looked so naked without their jackets lol) 😋

This week, on Wednesday April 8, I made the announcement of my new services that I am now offering ☺️If you haven’t seen the post, I suggest checking out the super-post that is pinned to my profile as it will have all the details there.

Starting this week, Dozer has upgraded to 5 days a week for the month of April while his mum is away ☺️ Once she’s back, Dozer will be going back to his usual 3 day/week schedule. That leads me to the next point; for the month of April, Kala & Elektra will be joining Dozer for his usual Mondays and Fridays walks ☺️ Once May hits, the schedule will be returning back to what it once was.

We also got Cash back this week to have a group walk with Dozer on Thursday which went well ☺️ Though Cash is a bit more reserved when around other dogs, I think he does look forward to his walks with Dozer ☺️It’s like when kids do parallel play. They might not be interacting with one another, but they still are socializing by being walking together. Cash is quick to get out the door and jump in the car to see Dozer.

We did have a no-show this week and as a reminder; a no-show is when I arrive to pick up your dog and either they are not on the premises or I wasn’t given access to pick them up. In which the no-show fee is 100% of the services and any surcharges that are applicable to that day. I will waive the no-show fee if you agree to rescheduling your pup to a later walk that same day and can ensure your pup is there upon pickup.

Happy April, y’all! Feels like the year is already speeding by 😋 You may have noticed a somewhat familiar dog on one of my walks this week! Cash, my mom’s dog, as seen in my logo, joined Dozer for a walk this week. We’re trying to get Cash used to group walks, so we introduced him to Dozer as Dozer is a very friendly dog, but also a very smart one as well. He knows which dogs he can be super excited and energetic around and which pups to be calmer and slower around. It went absolutely great! Dozer is still looking for more buddies to join him for his Mondays and Fridays early afternoon walks.

This week both Maya and Dozer earned their free walks! ☺️ (and ironically, both landed on Wednesday lol) Not only do I try to keep my prices more reasonable, you can also save on an entirely free walk! To get yourself in on the savings; all you need to do is sign up for a minimum of 1 weekly reoccurring walk and then you’re in the rewards program! For every 10 paid walks, you get your 11th walk completely free (and that covers any applicable surcharges as well).

I think~ I’m almost ready to make my new announcement lol I teased it a couple weeks ago and I’m just getting the final touches done on it over this weekend. ☺️ I will work hard over this long weekend to make sure it’s ready for next week!

This week Rosie earned her free walk for her usual Tuesday walk! ☺️ Not only do I try to keep my prices more reasonable, you can also save on an entirely free walk! For every 10 paid walks, you get your 11th walk completely free (and that covers any applicable surcharges as well).

We had a follow-up no-show for two weeks in a row this week. As a reminder; the no-show fee is 100% of the cost for the day (service fee + any additional surcharges) and is mandatory. After two weeks of no-shows, I will pause your contract and will cease coming to attempt to pick up your dog until you specify you would like to continue with the services.

This week ended Twiggs’ drop-in visit contract, but not without her parents extending the contract! Twiggs’ parents didn’t think they’d make it home in time, so the night before, they asked if I could come in the following morning for an emergency booking drop-in visit ☺️ Emergency bookings are any service that is booked within 24hrs of the service’s start time and there is a $10 surcharge.

On top of Twiggs’ drop-ins ending, I got the gift of being able to see Chapo again! Chapo’s mom booked in for Friday evening and Saturday morning for drop-in visits, along with a late afternoon 1 hr walk on Saturday ☺️ Seeing Chapo always makes me so happy as he is a ray of sunshine. He is always so happy and excited which always puts a smile on my face!
