✨ MONDAY MORNING ✨

Me: "Okay, new week! Time to be productive, organized, and hit the ground running!" 📋☕️

The Mares: "Or... hear us out... we could all just lie down in the hay and take a group nap instead." 😴🐴🌾

Honestly? Looking at the girls right now, they make a very convincing argument. 😂

If you’re feeling a little slow to start this Monday, take a page out of the mares' book—pause, rest, and take things one easy step at a time today.

Have a wonderful week, everyone! 🤍

✨ Ever wondered what Reiki with horses is all about? 🐴🌾

Equine Reiki—or what we lovingly call EquiZen—is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that offers deep relaxation, emotional balance, and physical grounding.

Here is how the magic happens:

🌿 Horses Are Natural Healers: Horses are incredibly sensitive to energy and emotion. Because they live entirely in the present moment, they instinctively pick up on where we hold stress, anxiety, or tension.
✨ A Shared Space of Peace: Unlike traditional sessions, the horses choose how they participate. They might stand close, lay down, gently offer a touch, or hold space from across the field.
🤍 Deep Connection & Release: As energy flows, both human and horse often enter a state of deep calm, allowing tension to melt away and true healing to begin.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional processing, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with nature, the herd is here to guide you back to center. 🤍
