Air Canada recently launched a new certification program for service dog teams called Cabin-Ready Canines, and we have had a lot of questions about what it means.
The program is currently only available in the Toronto and Montreal areas. If you hold current provincial certification, you may not need it. But there is a lot more to understand about your rights, your documentation, and how to prepare your dog for travel, whether you are flying across the country or heading somewhere international.

Our puppies made the news this week 💛🐾

As part of National Accessibility Week, Diana, Bruce, and Oswald joined us at YYJ Victoria Int Airport, where CTV News captured a small part of their journey.

Airports are busy, unpredictable places filled with new sights, sounds, and experiences, and that’s exactly why we bring our puppies there. Every outing helps build confidence, adaptability, and the skills they’ll need as future service dogs.
