Good evening everyone!

I just wanted to make a quick post and apologize for my lack of replies in the last 36 hours, we were camping and spending time at the lake, enjoying the beautiful weather and had no service! Ill get back to everyone tomorrow!

Also quick note - as we are soaking up the last two weeks with our kids before back to school, I may not reply or edit my posts as quickly as normal, especially on the days/hours I'm not in! But, i'll do my best and I will get back to you as soon as possible 🥰

Hi everyone -

Im sorry to have to make this post but after some careful consideration - and a few people who've ruined it for others - changes are going to be made.

This post is about E-transfer payments. I would greatly prefer etransfer be made prior to pickup, if that is your preferred method of payment. My part in this, is I will now send a total during the "20 minute heads up" message I send. This of course does not apply to quick services such as a nail trim, or quick tidy in which you likely show up and stay. I am of course still happy to wait until you're home, or even after the work day - if discussed. I will send ONE reminder in the evening around 6-8pm (because as a busy working mama, I get it - s**t happens we get busy, we forget 😅)

But, I have had multiple people over the past year ignore me for hours, days, and on one occasion, nearly a week, before paying. So, in saying that, if payment is not made within a timely manner (I will give a 12 hour leniency) there will be a 20$ charge to your next visit. If it becomes habitual, I will not take a booking unless a deposit is made.

I forgot to share here! This past week, I got a letter in the mail, and this happened! I was awarded #2 best dog grooming in PR living magazines "Best of qathet" this year! 🥹 To say I was shocked, was an understatement 😅 I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you.

Thank you to all of those who voted for me — and thank you to everyone who, day in, and day out, not only supports me, but, entrusts me with their beloved family members (their dogs, lol) I truly appreciate it! Ive been a dog groomer for 14 years, and solo for the past 10 years! (Man, time flies!)

Im truly grateful (even on the hard days) that I get to do what I do! Ive built so many wonderful relationships and lasting friendships, and I wouldn't be where I am today, without all of you.

So, thank you from the bottom of my heart 🩷
