"When life throws a curveball... and a skunk! 🦨⚾️💙"
Sometimes it’s not just the Jays who take a hit! Poor Ernie had a skunky surprise right in the middle of the World Series final — but we were happy to help get him (and his home!) smelling fresh again. 💦🐶
Thank you to Ernie’s dad for sharing this story — we’re so glad you both can relax again after such a “stinky” inning! 💙

Here's what he wrote to us:

“On Saturday night, during the ninth inning of Game 7, I let Ernie out for a quick bathroom break... a minute later, the most unbearable smell came through the walls. He had been sprayed by a skunk — and before I could stop him, he’d rubbed himself all over the carpet and couch.
By morning, I was desperate. I called Touch Of A Paw Spa, and they got us in right away. The team was amazing — calm, caring, and professional. They told me we were lucky it wasn’t on his face and promised to do their best.
When I picked Ernie up, I couldn’t believe it — he smelled brand new! They even sent me home with a special deodorizing spray for my furniture. My home and Ernie both smell like heaven now.
I can’t thank Touch of a Paw Spa enough — their experience and care are truly out of the ballpark!” ⚾🐾
