💜 A Bittersweet Goodbye to Our Meredith 💜 Last Thursday, we celebrated and sent off someone who has been such an important part of the Touch Of A Paw Spa family.

Since joining our team on June 23, 2022, Meredith Row has touched the lives of so many pets and their families with her incredible talent, gentle hands, and unwavering dedication to her work. She has always approached every groom with kindness, and an attention to detail that made every pet in her care look and feel their very best.

As many of you know, family means everything to Meredith. A new chapter is beginning for her family, and due to a move that will take her too far away to continue with us, she has made the difficult decision to leave Touch of a Paw Spa.

While our hearts are heavy, we are also incredibly happy for Meredith and wish her nothing but success, happiness, and wonderful new adventures ahead. We are so grateful for the laughter, friendship, and love she brought to our salon over the past four years. She wasn't just a team member—she became family.

Meredith, thank you for every early morning, every late evening, every wagging tail, every cuddle, and every pet you treated as if they were your own. You have left paw prints on all of our hearts, and our doors will always be open should life ever bring you back our way. ❤️

To all of Meredith's wonderful clients, we know this change may feel emotional and perhaps a little unsettling. Please know that your beloved pets will continue to receive the same care, compassion, and quality you have come to expect. 🏆 NEW CANADIAN CHAMPION! 🏆

What an incredible weekend for Team Pablo!

We’re thrilled to announce that Pablo earned the final points needed to become a Canadian Champion at the Afghan Hound Club of Canada 2026 National Specialty held alongside the Erie Shores Kennel Club shows.

Coming into the weekend with 8 championship points, Pablo earned an additional 3 points yesterday, bringing his total to 11 points and officially achieving his Canadian Championship title!

This accomplishment is the result of countless hours of dedication, conditioning, training, grooming, and teamwork. Congratulations to Donna and Kai, who have worked tirelessly to present Pablo at his very best every time he enters the ring.

As professional groomers, we know that success in the show ring begins long before the judge’s examination. Maintaining an Afghan Hound’s magnificent coat, condition, and presentation requires ongoing care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. We are incredibly proud that the grooming, bathing, coat maintenance, and preparation provided by Touch Of A Paw Spa have helped support Pablo on his championship journey.

And the journey isn’t over yet!

With an extra point already earned beyond his Championship requirements, Pablo has officially started his quest toward becoming a Grand Champion.
