Our gentle giant crossed the rainbow bridge on April 13th, 2026, just weeks before his 10th birthday on April 30th.

Life feels so much quieter without him here.
Scooby wasn’t just a dog — he was family. He gave us the purest kind of love: patient, loyal, comforting, goofy, and unconditional. Whether he was stretched across the couch, riding in the car, begging for snacks, wearing silly holiday outfits, or simply laying his big head next to us, he made every moment feel special.

He had the biggest paws, the softest heart, and a way of making even the hardest days better just by being near. We were so lucky to spend nearly 10 beautiful years loving him.

Thank you for the memories, the cuddles, the laughs, and the love that will stay with us forever.

We miss you more than words can say, Scooby.
You’ll always be our baby, our best friend, and our gentle giant. 🐶🤍

As you know, we are having an event on May 2nd 2026 in Partnership with Pet Valu Bowmanville Clarington Centre . This event was for Scooby's 10th birthday.

We are now hosting this event in memory/honor of Scooby due to his passing on April 13th 2026.

All proceeds are being split by two amazing rescues:

With heavy hearts, we share that Scooby crossed the rainbow bridge on April 13th, 2026 at 8:01pm.

Born April 30th, 2016, Scooby was the gentlest giant and the most important part of Jessica's world. He brought so much love, comfort, and light into every day, and his absence will be deeply felt. During his last moments he was surrounded by everyone he loved and who loved him, at home where he was most comfortable.

During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as she takes time to grieve.

Rest in paradise, sweet Scooby. You were truly one of a kind. Forever loved, always with us, never forgotten. 🤍🌈🤍

🐾Another happy kitty client at Cozy Critter Care🐾

This girl came to us with heavy matting, which can be super uncomfortable and even painful due to constant pulling on the skin. During her medical grooming (matt trimming) session, we carefully removed the mats to give her relief and improve her quality of life. 😸

Helping your pets feel their best is what were all about!
