From June through November, mosquitoes are active and can transmit heartworm disease to our pets. The good news? Heartworm disease is preventable with consistent prevention.

Did you know that the American Heartworm Society recommends annual heartworm testing, even for pets that are on prevention? Yearly testing helps ensure your pet remains protected and allows for early detection if an infection occurs.
