Our veterinary technician, Elisabeth, is currently fostering him on behalf of Kootenay Animal Assistance Program Society (KAAP) while he awaits his forever home. We think you’ll agree that she did a great job transforming him.

Calling all animal lovers in our community! Right now, there are beloved pets going to sleep with empty bowls, and the families who love them are doing everything they can to make ends meet. Through our Pet Food Bank Program, we help make sure no pet is left behind simply because times are tough… but we can’t do it without you.

We are urgently looking for donations of dry and wet cat and dog food to help support hungry pets right here in our community. Every bag or can you give goes directly back into the community, helping families keep their cherished companions fed, comforted, and at home where they belong.

Your kindness reaches far beyond one animal.
These donations support:
• Local pet food bank events
• Community partners like food banks
• Supportive housing programs
• Family and women’s centres
