We aim to provide a relaxed environment, to minimize stress and anxiety for our patients and their families. Some design features of our hospital include handicapped accessibility, a private compassion room, large exam rooms, and comf

ortable heated dog runs. Our services include digital radiography, in house laboratory, digital dental radiography and a large surgical suite with orthopedic equipment. We offer a full range of services for your pet, vaccine titre testing, cardiology, OFA health testing, ultrasound, and endoscopy. We are also happy to arrange external referrals for ophthalmology, neurology, dermatology, internal medicine and other services as required by your pet's needs. To honour and reflect on the sacrifices of people who have served our country and their families, we will be closed on November 11. We will reopen with regular services on Wednesday at 8:30 am.

Due to current staffing circumstances, we will be closing at 5 pm on Monday, November 10. Also, we will not have a veterinarian in the building after 3 pm on November 10.

If you have an emergency after 3 pm on Monday, please contact Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital at 250.933.0913. They are open overnight until Tuesday morning at 8 am. After 8 am Tuesday morning, please contact WAVES in Langford at 778.432.4322.

A cat was found yesterday on Applewood Crescent, approximately 4-6 months old.

He is a male and is intact! Medium hair length, Siamese/Ragdoll with blue eye.
