👻🎃 Things got a little spooky at Maple Vets!

We got into the Halloween spirit for nail trim day, with our team dressed as ghosts and some of our adorable dog and cat patients joining in on the fun!

A little spooky, a lot of cute, and plenty of treats along the way! Happy Halloween from all of us at Maple Vets! 👻🧡

October is RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) Month, and we’ve had a great time celebrating Veterinary Technician Week at Maple Vets! We had so much fun playing games, enjoying delicious snacks, and taking time to celebrate the amazing RVTs who are such an important part of our team!

RVTs play an essential role in veterinary medicine. From monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgery to performing lab work, taking x-rays, administering treatments, and providing hands-on patient care, they help keep our patients healthy, safe, and comfortable. They also play an important role in educating and supporting our clients every step of the way!

We’re so grateful for the knowledge, compassion, and dedication our RVTs bring to the clinic every day. Thank you for everything you do for our patients, their families, and our team. 💚

This month are raising money for the Farley Foundation with a raffle. The Farley Foundation is an Ontario charity that helps to support owners in need get essential vet care for their pets.

The raffle is for a prize basket with a value over $200! The basket includes cat/dog toys, cat/dog treats, a voucher for a full examination of your pet at our clinic and dental food for both cats and dogs.

Tickets are on sale 1 for $5, 3 for $12 or 10 for $35 by cash or e-transfer. All money raised goes directly to charity.

Winner will be drawn on October 30th!

💚💚 Fundraiser alert! 💚💚

We will be hosting NAIL TRIM DAY on October 2nd to raise money for Farley Foundation. 100% of your donation will be going towards this amazing organization that helps to provide pets in Ontario with the care they need. Please contact us to schedule your pet’s nail trim with our team!

We have some beautiful new artwork in the clinic reception area 🎨💚

This one-of-a-kind piece was painted by Michelle Teitsma, an incredibly talented local artist from Dundas.

The painting is especially meaningful to us, featuring the clinic owners’ beloved pets at the time Maple Vets opened, with Dundas beautifully captured in the background. It’s a tribute to the pets who were part of our lives when Maple Vets was just beginning and who will always be part of our story.

We’re so excited to have this special piece welcoming our clients and their pets into the clinic!
