Some words of wisdom from Lola: This show season has taught me that patience truly pays off. My progress was not always linear, some days felt amazing while others I left disappointed. However, the small details I took in my training payed off. It is worth it not to rush as at the end of the day the more time and effort you put in the more you will receive.
