Available for Part Board for a keen rider.

McKee 16hh, 10 year old gelding. Coming back into regular work due to owner being off.
2023 was his first show season, showing at Angelstone and did the 2’0 hunters/ derby and .60 jumpers.
He also took my 11year daughter in the walk-trot divison(made it to champs) and was competitive in all divisions.
Looking for a keen rider to ride him 2-3 times a week. Lessons with our coach are required. Showing is also a possibility. Looking for a perfect fit for our talented boy.

Triple 7 aka Vegas is a 9 year old 16.1hh thoroughbred mare looking for her next partner.

Vegas is more go than whoa, and can be a quirky/hotter thinking mare, and as such would not be a good match for a beginner or nervous rider. That being said, with a confident rider she has the potential to make a VERY competitive mount.

Despite being green, she is incredibly bold to fences and does not look twice at fill. She successfully competed at the Angelstone Silver series, qualifying for playoffs in the crossrails, and wrapping up the season dabbling in the 0.6m ring with zero issues. She has been brought along slow and steady with her training.

Vegas does best in a consistent program. Despite a majority of her training leaning towards the jumper ring, she has been ridden in western tack and enjoys it as well.

Can live inside or outside, but does require regular turnout to settle her brain if on indoor. She does require blankets if living outside. Vegas bathes, trailers, and is also barefoot.

AVAILABLE FOR PART-BOARD IN HAMILTON

Veya is 6 year old, a 16hh thoroughbred mare looking for a part-boarder.

Currently coming back from some time off, we are looking for a confident rider to help bring her along in a dressage-focused program. Veya can be a bit of a hotter thinking mare, and sometimes has more go than whoa, but she is quick to settle and aims to please under saddle. She has been off property many times and always settles well in a new environment. She is a very cool little mare who would excel in the dressage ring, and is guaranteed to get a piece of the hack in the hunter ring.

We are looking for someone to ideally ride 2-3 times per week, a minimum of one of which must be a lesson with the owner’s coach. Showing in the 2023 season is available to the right rider.

Cooper is an 7 year old Clyde x Paint gelding standing approximately 15.2hh.

He is green broke, going walk - trot confidently under saddle, with canter work slowly being introduced in small pieces each ride. He can be a bit stubborn both on the ground and under saddle and as a result can be a bit silly at times. He thrives in a consistent program and is much more willing to work when going 4-5 days a week.

Cooper has no shortage of personality and enjoys attention from his person, but does require both a confident and experienced rider and handler. He has potential to be a great low-level dressage horse if you are willing to put the time and energy into him.

Currently barefoot and on indoor board, Cooper would also do fine living outside 24/7. If on indoor board, this horse excels in an environment where he is able to get consistent turnout. He is a very easy keeper, only getting a minimal amount of grain each day, more so he doesn’t feel left out when the rest of the barn is being fed.

TB Mare looking for a partboarder!

Vegas is a 16.1hh TB mare looking for a partboarder to ride 2-3 times per week. She is going walk/trot/canter and has just started over fences. Although green, Vegas is VERY willing and takes everything new to her in stride. She is more go than whoa and requires a quiet, confident rider to bring out her full potential. There is not a mean bone in this horse’s body, she loves to work and aims to please.

A minimum of one lesson per week with the owner’s coach is required. Price to be discussed with owner.

To maintain a correct upper body position in the corners…

Imagine you are balancing on an exercise ball. If you lean your torso into a turn, your seat bones will push the ball (horse) in the opposite direction. To help the horse balance, keep your spine straight and use your shoulders to turn. Your seat bones will follow. Try it on a ball, it works! —Jane Kelly
