Hello out there, is anyone feeling the stresses of this mad world we live in. I know a cure its called "HUG A HORSE program". We at Syder are a small run farm geared towards children and therapy. We also offer a respite program for Special Needs. Our hug a horse program is designed for the individual to meet the therapy horses and bond with one, it never fails horse and human connect. Once each have chosen each other then the fun begins. You will have your own time with your horse to groom, fuss over and take for a walk. The program works because you get to be alone with your animal and can confide with your new friend. I myself hug a horse the minute I start getting overwhelmed with life, for me thats almost everyday but the tension releases my heart rate goes down and I feel a whole lot better. If you may want to give it a try we are located in Flamborough, very convenient location close to Guelph, Waterdown, Hamilton, Burlington. Cold weather we have a indoor arena to work in, if its nice out we have 50 acres. Our rate is very reasonable for the hug a horse program.
