🐾 Meet Josie, Stephanie and Daniel, members of Team Happiness! 🐾

We’re thrilled to introduce some more members Team Happiness — our amazing group of volunteers and Pet Ambassadors who spread joy and comfort throughout the community! These dedicated volunteers are the heart of our Pet Visiting Program, bringing smiles, connection, and a little extra tail-wagging love to seniors, students, and more. 😊

Josie is extra lucky, and has both of her parents, Stephanie and Daniel in the Pet Visiting Program with her! They joined the Pet Visiting Program in June 2024 and have made a huge impact ever since! Josie is a happy, kind and slightly dramatic diva who shares her big smile with everyone she meets. 💛

Meet the Sanderson Sisters! 🧹

Double, double, puppies and trouble… Sarah, Mary, and Winifred are three sweet 2-month-old sisters who are ready to put a spell on your heart! ✨

These adorable girls are all expected to grow into large dogs, so they’re looking for families prepared for the fun (and work!) of raising a big puppy. Each one is full of sweetness and puppy charm, and they’ll thrive with homes that can give them lots of love, patience, socialization, and training.

While their names may be spooky, there’s nothing scary about these pups-the only magic they’ll cast is the kind that fills your home with love, laughter, and puppy kisses. 💛

When Rocky first arrived in our care, he was anxious, shut down, and facing some serious medical issues. He didn’t trust the world — and honestly, who could blame him?

But everything changed when he found a safe and loving foster home. 💛 With time, patience, and gentle care, Rocky started to heal — physically and emotionally. Slowly, his true personality began to shine through: goofy, bright, and full of love. 🐶✨

Rocky is living proof that fostering saves lives — and that every dog deserves the chance to feel safe, secure, and seen. 💚

We want to give a big THANK YOU to Novel Vet Clinic for their incredible support of our Pet Pantry Program! 🐾💙

Their generosity is helping ensure that pets in our community don’t go hungry — and that the families who love them have one less worry.

🛒 Our pet food drive is open through October 14th, and every donation truly helps. Whether it’s a bag of kibble, a can of wet food, or some treats, it all makes a difference for pets in need.

Whether you just adopted a new pet, or recently said goodbye – Paint Your Pet classes at the HBSPCA will turn your pet’s best photo into a masterpiece — while supporting a great cause! 🎨🐾

Join us at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA for one of our upcoming Paint Your Pet classes, the ultimate creative afternoon for animal and art lovers alike!

📸 Send us a photo of your furry (or feathered!) friend — we’ll prep and pre-sketched the canvas for you. Then, under the guidance of a talented instructor .art.page , you’ll bring your pet’s portrait to life while supporting the life saving work of the HBSPCA!
