We try to learn who they are, what is important to them and address them by name when they visit. We listen when they speak and remember what they say. We consider our clients animal guardians who love their pets; some as furry children others as valued companions. These clients appreciate veterinary care that is compassionate and individualized to their pets. A professor at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine once said, "Our clients worst day should never be our best day". We believe this to our core and that is how we are different. It’s been a few years since we’ve had a Halloween costume contest. Let’s have some fun and get people smiling. Share pictures of your furries in their costumes. Then who ever gets the most votes wins! The winning pet will get all treats, no tricks. The contest starts today and will be counted until October 31 when we close at 6.
