We deliver quality medicine, as do many other animal hospitals; however, we see our clients as members of our family. We try to learn who they are, what is important to them and address them by name when they visit. We listen when they speak and remember what they say. We are respectful and involve ourselves only to the extent that the client wishes. we do not see our clients as dollar signs or on

ly as people paying their pet's bill. We consider our clients animal guardians who love their pets; some as furry children others as valued companions. These clients appreciate veterinary care that is compassionate and individualized to their pets. A professor at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine once said, "Our clients worst day should never be our best day". We believe this to our core and that is how we are different. We would like to thank everyone that came out and celebrated with us on Saturday. It was heartwarming to see so many people. Thank you to the people who sent well wishes but couldn’t make it. We truly have the best “family “ here at Charwick Hill and we feel so blessed.

Thank you for helping us make a big dent in the food too! It seems I’m an over shopper and we have leftovers. We’ll be reaching out this week to the winners of our draws and we thank all our vendors who were so generous. We have $640 to share between our 2 chosen charities, The wounded warrior PTSD dog program and Zoe’s animal rescue.

We have made a decision to take an extra day off around the Canada Day holiday. We have shared in the grief with many of our long time clients as they said goodbye to their beloved furry friends and we are in need of a self care break.
