🎃🐾 Halloween is almost here! While it’s a fun time for families, there are a few things pet owners should watch out for.

🍫 Keep chocolate and candy out of reach.
⚠️ Watch for xylitol (sugar-free gum, candy and some baked goods) — it can be extremely toxic to dogs!
🎃 Keep decorations, cords and small objects away from curious pets.
🚪 Be mindful of open doors and trick-or-treaters to prevent escapes.
🐶 Make sure costumes are comfortable and don’t restrict movement or breathing.

If your pet gets into something they shouldn’t, contact the clinic right away. Don’t wait for symptoms to appear.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Halloween! 🧡🐾

🐾❤️ Happy National Pit Bull Awareness Day!

Today we’re celebrating the big smiles, wiggly bodies and loving personalities that make these dogs so special!

Unfortunately, Pit Bulls often face unfair stereotypes. But just like every dog, each has their own unique personality and deserves to be treated as an individual.

Let’s spread a little love, understanding and responsible pet ownership.

Do you have a Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix at home? We’d love to see your pictures in the comments! ❤️🐶

Same hearts. Same love. Same good dogs.
