Dynamo Dogsports knows that our competitors are proud Canadians and want to support Canadian dogsports, and so we have tried to offer Canadian option whenever possible. Barn Hunt is a wholy US owned organization, and so we have been offering Barn Dog instead, which is a wholy Canadian option, in the searching sport category.

But we also know that competitors like more titles, and so we are proud to be working on bringing a second CANADIAN searching sport into the Dynamo fold.. RATS! Canada!

We will be spending some time in Quebec and Ontario over the summer to learn about all the ins and outs of this varied and interesting sport, and will be working toward starting RATS! Canada trials in the fall.

RATS! Canada is fully CKC recognized and so all of the titles earned in that organization translate to CKC titles for your dog.

Some of the RATS! Canada events include Barn, Brush, Team Relay, Trailing and Locating, and Go to Ground.

We hope you will continue to take classes in these searching sports at Dynamo, which will include RATS! Canada training starting in May, so that you are prepared when we start offering trials!

✨First AAC Trial of 2025 is in the books at Dynamo! ✨

What a successful weekend it was for many!

It was such a positive environment with everyone cheering each other on. We are looking forward to what’s to come this year! Thank you to our judges Seanna O'Neill and Denise Reid-Clarke for the fun courses!
