We would like to congratulate Mary-Anne () & Bailey on completing their Therapy Dog Team Certification. This amazing team has worked so hard and been making visits throughout Alberta to hospitals, schools & supporting our first responders.

Canine Health Canada has released a new half-day program for dog owners & professionals: "Canine Mental Health & Wellness Program."

At Elite Dog Centre we are always encouraging dog owners to look at the overall dog and ensure that their needs are being met. We are thrilled to be offering this program in conjunction with our own programs around mental & physical wellness for your dogs.

Canine Health Canada's programs are developed by a board of canine professions & vet-reviewed/approved. During this half-day program we will be covering:
✔️ Recognize signs of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm in dogs
✔️ Understand triggers and physical warning signals
✔️ Support your dog through calming activities—like sniff work, enrichment, and exercise—that build confidence and resilience
✔️ Strengthen the human-canine bond without relying on medication

During the afternoon, we will be taking a dive into a deeper understanding of K9 Wellness programs:
🐾Nose-Work
🐾Strength & Conditioning
🐾Body Awareness & Movement
🐾Wellness Services such as Red Light Therapy & Halotherapy
🐾Swimming & Hydrotherapy

Course Offering: Sunday November 23rd, 2025
Course Cost: Morning Only $99 + GST | Full-Day $169 + GST

Elite Dog Centre will be offering our Holiday Photos during the day the week of November 17th - 21st for our daycare and boarding clients. These photos are done during their day and include 1 Digital Image, no people added in.

For those who want Holiday Photos with their pups, for those paw-tastic family memories. We will be offering this options on:
Monday November 17th from 5pm - 8pm
Friday November 21st from 11am - 2pm & 5pm - 7pm

Sessions are 15minutes and include 1 Digital Image
We have options for additional images, prints, photo giftware, Holiday cards & more digital images.

With our final class series starting up Mid-November, to our several Photo Shoots for your pets & families, to our K9 WAVE event & Trainer Development program at the end of the month.
