Meet Stevie! ❤️

Stevie is a 1.5-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix looking for her forever family. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find a place to call home.

At 55 lbs, Stevie is a sweet, active girl who loves people and enjoys being part of the action. She is crate trained, leash trained, and has all the basics down.

Stevie is great with other dogs when given proper introductions and would love an active family that can include her in their adventures.

She would do best in a home with children aged 12+ simply because she doesn’t always realize how big and enthusiastic she is. She isn’t suited for apartment living and would thrive in a home with a secure yard where she has space to run, play, and be her happy self.

🐾 Meet Yoshi – Calgary! 🐾

Joey’s House Rescue is excited to introduce Yoshi, a 2-year-old male terrier mix who was found as a stray in LA and is now looking for a patient and loving family to help him start his next chapter.

Yoshi is full grown at approximately 23 lbs, making him the perfect small-to-medium companion size. He is neutered and fully vaccinated (DA2PPV), and has also been:
✔ Dewormed
✔ Flea treated
✔ Given a kennel cough vaccine

💛 Adoption fee: $550

Yoshi is a very sweet but nervous little guy who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. He is currently decompressing in foster care and gains a little more confidence each day. We believe he may not have had the easiest start in life, so he will need a calm, understanding home that can give him the time and patience he deserves.

His ideal family will be willing to move at his pace, celebrate the small victories, and help him build trust and confidence. A quiet home with a predictable routine would be especially beneficial as he continues to come out of his shell.

🏡 Due to his timid nature, Yoshi is looking for a home with no children under the age of 12. He would do best in a calm environment where his boundaries are respected and where he can continue building confidence without the unpredictability that often comes with younger children.

Joey’s House Rescue is excited to introduce Liam, a 2-year-old 16lb male long-haired Chihuahua mix who was found as a stray in LA and is now on his way to a fresh start.

Liam is a small guy with a big future ahead of him. He is neutered and fully vaccinated (DA2PPV), and has also been:
✔ Dewormed
✔ Flea treated
✔ Given a kennel cough vaccination

At this time, Liam is still new to our care, so we are getting to know his personality. As he settles in, we’ll share more about his temperament, energy level, and ideal home.
