π₯ Intro to Disc Dog π₯

Friday, May 9 at 5:30pm
$170+tax for four weeks
This class will teach you and your dog the foundation skills of the sport of disc dog. It will cover retrieval work, basics of throwing, how to get your dog to catch a disc, directional feeding and some fun disc games for teaching engagement and impulse control. If your dog enjoys chasing toys, they will really enjoy this fun sport!
Pre-requisite: -any age is welcome -toy drive (this means that your dog enjoys playing with toys and will run and chase after toys. They do not need to be bringing it back yet, this is a skill we work on in the workshop)
π₯ Disc Dog Tricks π₯

This class will teach you and your dog a variety of fun disc dog tricks that you would see in a freestyle frisbee routine. It will cover the foundation skills of how to get started in teaching dog tricks with a disc including impulse control games, the art of communication and body language. Tricks that will be covered include:
Overs
Unders
Flip
Vaulting
Rebound
Dog Catch
Juggling
Stall Trick
Throws
Pre-requisite: -dogs must be over 1 year old
-dogs must be catching discs, rollers are ok for long throws but they need to be able to take the disc from your hand if offered
π₯ Freestyle Disc Dog -
Routine Building/Sequencing π₯

$170+tax for four weeks
This class is suitable for dogs that have some disc dog tricks as well as some non disc tricks and are ready to begin putting those tricks together in a sequence. Each week I will help you work on a new set of sequences using the disc tricks that you already have to help you learn how to start creating a freestyle routine. We will also dive into the art of performing!
Pre-requisites: -dogs must be over 1 year old -dogs have a handful of disc dog tricks (takes are fine for the tricks), as well as some non disc tricks as this class teaches you how to start sequencing with the tricks you already have :)
