Things are getting going again here at Wandella Ponies. Emily is now 6.5 weeks post surgery and has started riding again and Finn, Wilson and Ozzie are all going well. We currently have a beautiful Irish Sport Horse in to be broken in. Glenn has done a fantastic job getting him started and the video is of his 4th ever ride and first time on the big arena 😊

Thoroughbreds can unfortunately have a bad reputation for being 'hot' and difficult to work with. From our experience, this couldn't be further from the truth. We had great friends visit today and absolutely loved their cuddles with the biggest smoocher, Wilson (W***y). W***y last raced in September last year and has the most beautiful temperament, he'd happily fall asleep in your arms ♥️

Hello Wandella Ponies friends and followers.

As some of you are already aware Emily Parmansche had a accident a little while back that required surgery. So over the last 6 weeks we planned to not take on any clients horses and sell our Wandella horses just keeping our own. Emily will now be out of the saddle for 2 to 5 months. Also Glenn has been out of the saddle for a while after a fall and got back in just yesterday. However we will be back. We love our little stable and over the last 4 years have loved what we have established meeting great people and equine friends. We will be back before you know it with a few new ideas. Maybe a few bigger horses and focussing on clients horses a little more so keep following our page please. I'll leave you for the mean time with Emily's foot and W***y who who is a beautiful ott we obtained in November then rested. He has come on a treat and now is in Glenn's hands until Emily's back in the saddle.

This week we said goodbye to Saint as he found his new person. We have enjoyed our time with the sweetest little man. Bringing on a raw unbroken sweet pony to an educated young man and now wish him all the best in the next part of his journey.

For those that remember the beautiful Forest (now called Oakley) that was a special member of our team for a few years, he's back up for sale. His current owner bought him when she was returning to riding after a break, to build her confidence back up. He's achieved this goal brilliantly and she's now moving on to younger TBs. He's a beautiful boy and anyone would be lucky to have him 💗

Today, my 14 year old daughter had a ride on Saint. My daughter has ridden maybe twice over the past 4 years but Saint was his usual, chill self ❤️

We've shown several videos of Saint cantering around, loving his jumping! These videos are of Saint today showing how he's also super at just trotting and popping on a lose rein. Never strong, happy to just pop around ❤️
