We continue to provide professional one on one service tailored to each pet's needs. We value your time and ours. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling costs small businesses dearly if your appointment time can't be re-filled. In order to continue to offer our services, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. While we ask for as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. With less than 24hours notice, clients will be charged 80% of normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations, reschedules or where a client is a no-show for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
