4 Dogs Grooming Studio Victoria Point After 4 years in Mt Cotton, we've relocated to our brand new Salon in Victoria Point. 4 Dogs Grooming Studio cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We continue to provide professional one on one service tailored to each pet's needs. We value your time and ours. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling costs small businesses dearly if your appointment time can't be re-filled. In order to continue to offer our services, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. While we ask for as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24hours notice i

s required to avoid cancellation fees. With less than 24hours notice, clients will be charged 80% of normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations, reschedules or where a client is a no-show for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

*All cancelation fees must be paid in full before another appointment will be offered.

Look at these adorable faces!

Joining the 4 Dog pack this week we have Suki, the sweetest little Cavoodle and Pixi, the most adorable tiny Toy Poodle.

This week we welcomed Shelly back to the Salon. After lots of physiotherapy and rest, she is able to return on light duties.

Please bear with us for your next few appointments, as we may need to have your pups for a little longer than usual.

We will always communicate with you to ensure everyone continues to receive the highest level of care and attention.

This lucky lady was protected and we found a dead tick on her during her grooming appointment.
Here in south-east Queensland, we don't really have a "tick season" so please continue preventions throughout the whole year.

Hello and Happy long weekend to you and your K9 kids.

As some of you already know, Shelly will be extending her time off. She has torn her ACL and will require surgery down the track.

I have passed on all the love and well wishes to her and she thanks you all.

At this stage, I have contacted any appointments in the coming week that may be affected.

Please be patient and understand that I will be doing everything i can to ensure that appointments will remain one on one and stress free for everyone.

Puppy introduction grooms are super important.
They are designed to positively set your pup up for a lifetime of stressfree grooming.
Desensitisation to sounds, smells and the feel of products and equipment should start as early as possible. We take puppies from between 7-10 days after their 3rd puppy vaccination.
You can help them at home by doing short brushing and combining sessions.
Remember, the floor is for playtime, laps are for cuddles and a sturdy table with a non-slip mat are for grooming sessions.
