Can you open your heart and offer Louie a loving home? The poor love was dumped on our doorstep in a box a few weeks ago. No one has come forward to claim him so he needs a new home.

He is desexed and very friendly around dogs, cats and other rabbits. He would be a perfect addition to your family!

🐶💙Meet Ollie! 💙🐶
Our adorable little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ollie, had a big week last week! He was desexed and even had a stubborn baby tooth removed.

He was so brave and patient, just look at him waiting calmly in his comfy bed before surgery. 🥺🛏️ And of course, after his procedure he was showered with the mandatory post-op cuddles to make sure he felt safe and loved. 🤍🐾

We’re wishing Ollie the smoothest, happiest recovery and can’t wait to see his wagging tail again soon! 🌟💛

This sweet rabbit was found left at the front door of our clinic. They are safe, cared for, and currently staying with us, but we’d love to reunite this little one with their rightful owner.

🐾✨ Meet Jax — our stunning Bengal cat visitor! ✨🐾

This handsome boy stole everyone’s hearts the moment he walked through the door 😍 With his beautiful golden coat and those striking leopard-like spots, Jax is the perfect example of why Bengal cats are such a unique and captivating breed!

🌿 Fun Bengal Facts:
🐆 Bengals are known for their wild, exotic appearance — their ancestors were actually bred from domestic cats and Asian leopard cats!
💧 Unlike most cats, Bengals often love water — you might just catch them playing in the sink or hopping into the shower!
🧠 They’re incredibly intelligent and active, so they thrive on enrichment, playtime, and mental stimulation.

We loved having Jax in for his visit — what a beautiful boy and such a sweetheart too! 💛

🌿 Found a Baby Bird? Please Read Before You Rescue! 🐣

Springtime (and Autumn, too!) often means finding baby birds on the ground — but not every bird you find needs to be rescued. In fact, sometimes “saving” them can do more harm than good.

Here’s what to do if you find a baby bird:
1. 🪶 Check for feathers.
• Mostly featherless (a nestling)? It needs the nest! Look around for the nest in nearby trees or shrubs and gently return it. The parents will not reject it because of human scent.
• Feathered and hopping (a fledgling)? Leave it be! This stage is normal — fledglings spend a few days on the ground learning to fly while their parents feed and protect them.
2. 👀 Keep pets and people away.
Give the bird space so the parents can safely come back.
3. Gently move to a safe spot
4. 📞 If the bird is injured, contact a local wildlife rehabilitator such as wires or sydney wildlife

Remember: The best chance for survival is with its parents. Most baby birds are not abandoned — they’re just growing up! 💚

🐾 Meet Tom & Julie! 🐾
These two gorgeous British Shorthairs came in for their desexing procedures last week, and as you can see, Nurse Cassie was just a little bit excited to have them in! 💕

With their plush coats and sweet personalities, they were absolutely spoiled with love and attention all day long — because seriously, how could you not?! 😍

Wishing these two the very best as they head home to recover. We already miss them! 💙🐱💗
