🐾 Meet Juno! 🐾

Juno recently visited us for one of her regular Synovan arthritis injections, helping to keep her comfortable, active, and enjoying life to the fullest. 💙

As we move into the colder months, many pets living with arthritis can experience increased stiffness, discomfort, and difficulty getting around. Signs to watch for include:
❄️ Reluctance to jump or climb stairs
❄️ Slowing down on walks
❄️ Stiffness after resting
❄️ Changes in behaviour or activity levels

Arthritis is a common condition, especially in older pets, but there are many ways we can help manage their pain and improve their quality of life. Treatments such as Synovan injections, weight management, supplements, pain relief, and tailored exercise plans can all play an important role.

Maya spent the day with Nurse Skye for her dental staging and ear flush 🐱💕

While Maya wasn't quite as impressed as Skye was with the photo opportunity, she was a wonderful patient throughout her visit.

Regular dental and ear care can make a huge difference to our pets' comfort and wellbeing, and we're proud to help keep patients like Maya feeling their best.

Happy came in for his recheck today and made sure everyone in the clinic got to see his biggest smile. Safe to say he brightened our day from the moment he walked through the door.

Sometimes the best medicine is a calm cuddle and a reassuring presence ✨

Our nurses spend so much time making sure patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported during their stay with us — especially when they’re feeling nervous or unsure.

The treatment area might look clinical from the outside, but behind the scenes it’s also full of pats, gentle voices, blankets, and plenty of TLC 🐶🐱💛

🦷🐱 Obi’s Dental Check 🐱🦷

Obi came in for a dental check-up and was the perfect little patient 💛

His owner has been doing a wonderful job keeping on top of his dental health with regular at-home care, including dental wipes. At this stage, Obi only has some mild gingivitis affecting a few teeth, so we’ve recommended transitioning onto a dental diet and rechecking his teeth again in 2–3 months.

Regular home dental care can make a huge difference in helping to slow tartar build-up and prolong the need for a dental scale and polish 🐾✨

Prevention really is key when it comes to dental health!
