✨ Patient of the Week ✨
Sweet Lola has absolutely melted our hearts this week. 💛
From being uncomfortable, quiet, and not quite herself after suffering a burst ear drum, to now being back to her cheeky, happy little self. Seeing her improvement has brought so much joy to all of us at the clinic. 🐾
Watching our patients heal and seeing their personalities shine through again is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We are so proud of you, Lola! 🥹✨
A burst ear drum in dogs can be very painful and may cause symptoms such as head shaking, sensitivity around the ear, discharge, balance issues, or changes in behaviour due to discomfort. It can happen from severe ear infections, trauma, foreign material in the ear, or excessive pressure and inflammation inside the ear canal. With veterinary treatment and care, many dogs, just like Lola, can make a fantastic recovery and get back to feeling like themselves again. 🐾
