The team at North Perth are devoted to offering a calm and pleasant environment for you and your pets. We want to give your pet a positive experience at every visit. We strive to be the team of pet health care providers you trust with your four-legged family members. Dr Pip is a local and graduate of Murdoch University. She has spent most of her working career in the United States and brings a wea

lth of knowledge and empathy to her work. She enjoys being a part of that incredible human-pet bond and is satisfied in helping pets live a healthy and happy life. Karyn is our head technician and is a warm, friendly and reassuring face at the front desk. She is devoted to taking care of both our human clients and our furry patients and is a capable and experienced nurse. Tina is an experienced and organised veterinary technician who works part-time at our clinic. She is an excellent nurse and works hard to ensure all pets receive the first-class care they deserve. Rebecca is a final year veterinary student who has offered her assistance on Saturday mornings. Bec is going to be a wonderful and capable veterinarian and shares the rest of the teams’ passion for providing a personalised and sincere experience at the North Perth Veterinary Centre.

🐾 A whole lot of German Shepherd goodness! 🐾

We had a VERY gorgeous crew visit North Perth Vet Clinic recently, and we’re not sure what was more impressive — those gorgeous ears, those fluffy coats, or the amount of personality packed into one photo! 🐕🖤🤎

Fun fact: German Shepherds were originally developed as herding dogs and are renowned for their intelligence, trainability and versatility. They’ve since become incredible working dogs in roles including police, military, search and rescue, assistance and service work. Talk about a breed with a CV! 🐕‍🦺🎓

Although, judging by these faces, we suspect their current occupation is professional treat negotiator. 😂

🦷🐶 Meet Mabel! 💜

Mabel popped in to see us and absolutely stole the spotlight with those adorable little teefies! 😍 We think she’s perfected the art of looking both incredibly cute and just a tiny bit cheeky. 😂

🐾 Fun fact: Dogs use their canine teeth much like we use our hands — they help them pick up, carry and hold onto things. So when your dog refuses to give up their favourite toy… those canines are partly to blame! 🦷😂

Mabel, we’re very impressed with your pearly whites! 💜

🐾 Meet Max & Rusty! 🐾

Rusty is our distinguished 11-year-old gentleman, while Max is his 3-year-old silly little brother who keeps life interesting! 😂❤️

Fun fact: Kelpies are incredibly intelligent working dogs and were bred to think independently while herding sheep. 🐑🧠

Max may be the little brother, but he’s clearly mastered the important Kelpie skills: looking adorable, causing mischief and keeping everyone on their toes! 😂🐾

🐾 Meet Ringo! 🐾

Just look at this little guy! 😍 Ringo popped in for a visit and we’re pretty sure he has already mastered the art of stealing hearts. ❤️

But don’t get too attached to this tiny puppy size… Ringo is going to grow A LOT very soon! 😂 Those little paws are giving us a pretty good indication that there’s a much bigger Ringo loading! 🐶📈

🐾 Puppy fun fact: Puppies can gain around 5–10% of their body weight every day during their fastest growth periods!

Enjoy being tiny while it lasts, Ringo! 🥹❤️

🧸✨ Meet Butter & Truffles! ✨🧸

We’re not sure what’s softer — these two gorgeous Chow Chows or our hearts after meeting them! 🥹❤️

Butter and Truffles are not only ridiculously fluffy, but also seriously photogenic. 📸🐻 They clearly understood the assignment!

🐾 Fun Chow Chow fact: Chow Chows are one of the few dog breeds with a naturally blue-black tongue! 👅💙

Basically, they’re fluffy, fabulous and genetically gifted

🐕 CRATE UPDATE! 🐕

Our giant travel crate has officially found its new home! 🎉

Lara and the very handsome Jaspy the dingo from came by to collect it, and we’re thrilled it’s going to be put to good use helping some very deserving dingoes. 🧡

We can confirm Jaspy fits the crate perfectly… although we originally advertised it as “large enough to fit Nurse Charlotte” — which may have been the most important selling point. 😂

Charlotte is now devastated that she missed her chance to live her best crate life. We’re sure she’ll recover. Eventually. 😌

Thanks so much to Perth Dingo Rescue for giving our donated crate a second life! 🐾

After his castration, Teddy was tucked into a cosy blanket burrito to keep him warm while he recovered. 🌯🐶

Safe to say, he’s looking pretty pleased with his post-op pampering! 🥰

🐾 FREE TRAVEL CRATE – AND YES, IT’S BIG ENOUGH FOR NURSE CHARLOTTE! 😂

We’ve been very generously donated this absolutely enormous travel crate, and rather than letting it take up half the clinic, we’ve decided to give it away!

It’s sturdy, spacious and large enough to comfortably fit a large dog, multiple small dogs… or Nurse Charlotte, apparently. 😹

Meet Dolly! 🩷🐾

How adorable is 16-week-old Dolly? With those gorgeous ears and those big puppy-dog eyes, it’s safe to say she stole a few hearts during her visit to North Perth Vet Clinic! 🥰

Did you know? A dog’s ears are controlled by more than 18 muscles, allowing them to swivel, tilt and perk up to pinpoint sounds. It’s one of the reasons our canine friends are such amazing listeners (especially when they hear the treat jar open! 😉).

Thanks for visiting us, Dolly—we can’t wait to watch you grow! 💕🐶

🧡 Meet Gingey! 🧡

Gingey stopped by to see the team, and we couldn’t resist snapping a photo of this handsome boy! With those striking green eyes he definitely knows how to work the camera. 🐱✨

Fun fact: Around 80% of orange cats are male! 🍊 It’s all thanks to the genetics behind their gorgeous ginger coats.
